Mr. Jeffery received his B.A. from the American University in 1993 and his J.D. from the Claude W. Petite College of Law at Ohio Northern University in 1996. He is a member of the bar for the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

From 1998 – 2007 Mr. Jeffery has worked for the law firms of Pressler & Pressler; Hayt, Hayt & Landau and Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard as an associate attorney. His experience at those firms focused mostly on Civil cases such as breach of contract and consumer fraud. Since becoming a sole practitioner Mr. Jeffery has gained experience in Criminal and Municipal cases. In the Criminal Division has has represented clients for sexual assault, aggravated assault, felony murder, possession of CDS, forgery and theft. He has also represented clients in the Family Part during final restraining order hearings. In Municipal court he has represented clients from traffic violations, DWI and civilian complaints. Mr. Jeffery also spent several years working as a per diem attorney for Amdur, Maggs and Shor handling medical malpractice cases.
